Linda Vista Health Care Center is a non-profit, family oriented, community health center, established in 1972.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality medical and mental health services to all families in San Diego County. We have special expertise in delivering care to low-income families in multi-cultural communities.
The clinic delivers care in several languages, through the use of specially trained translators. These languages currently include English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Lao, Hmong, and French.
The services we provide include: Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Preventive Medicine, Reproductive Health Care, Teen Clinic Services, Mental Health Services, Diabetes Education (and other Health Education Programs), Prenatal Care, Urgent Care, and an Adolescent Health Promotion Program.
The clinic has an active Immunization Program for children and offers CHDP services for children (well-child care). We also offer annual flu shots, immigration physicals, and sports physicals.
The clinic tests for and treats sexually transmitted diseases. These services are provided with complete confidentiality.
The clinic has a lab and a pharmacy on-site.
All physicians and nurse practitioners are licensed, and most are Board certified. Their certifications are in Family Medicine, Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Psychiatry. There are also Licensed Clinical Psychologists on staff.
